Scott Harbridge is running for the 74th Assembly District and is taking on Chanz Green. The race goes much further than Scott vs Chanz, or the new versus the old. This race personifies the schism between electing a representative who represents the “people” or continuing down the path of electing someone who does the bidding of the Madison cabal.
The Assembly level seat (the closest house to the people) is the voice of the people. The WCD doesn’t have a personal problem with Chanz, but we follow action not rhetoric and Chanz green’s voting record is atrocious. Scott on the other hand has been a major conservative voice for many years.
The Budgets – Chanz Green has voted with Robin Vos and the budget scams since he was elected. The budget was under $90 billion when Green was first elected, and now it is over $114 billion in just four short years!
Unlimited Abortion – We’ve gone through this before. The so-called 14-week abortion bill has an exemption for rape. Why would a rape victim need more than 14 weeks? The bill actually allows abortion beyond 14 weeks with no questions asked. There is no enforcement provision in the bill. Whatever your position on abortion is, at some point the procedure becomes barbaric.
The Right of First Refusal – The bill that would give power companies a monopoly. The swamp voted for this one on a voice vote – Several Republicans registered as a no – but Green did not.
Wedding Barn Bill – not only did Green vote for the bill, but he also has a business interest that is a huge conflict of interest.
Chanz Green on the 2020 election and the removal of Meagan Wolfe.
In just four short years Chanz Green has managed to vote the wrong way on every controversial bill that has come before him. He clearly doesn’t have the interests of Wisconsin or the voters of the 74th Assembly in mind.
We need Republicans who act like Republicans in the legislature and DC! AND… we need to take back the Wisconsin Supreme Court in April!
